Moses Shimo Seletisha is a radical performance poet and author of Tšhutšhumakgala: biography of Tlokwe Maserumule (his first published title). He is a native who hails from the rural areas of Ga-Matlala ‘a Rakgwadi (Mooihoek village), not far from Marble Hall, Limpopo. An intellectual whose area of interest is African languages and their social context. Seletisha has chosen to restrict himself writing in no language other than Sepedi. By any means necessary, Seletisha prides himself as having been initiated by some of Sepedi notable writers such as Goodenough Mashego, David Maahlamela, Matete Motsoaledi and others. Some of his work has been featured in various forms of literary journals, that include: Botsotso, 2017 Sol Plaatje European Union Poetry Award finalist, megaArtists magazine, kasiekultureblog, kaganogfblog, poetrypotion, Sowetan,  to mention but a few.
